THE ULTIMATE CHOICE…

As believers, we’ve been taught that we should pray, pray without ceasing, and pray about all things.

While this principle is GREAT, as we grow in God we learn that there are spiritual laws and protocols that govern every realm of the spirit.

There are covenants both good and bad, conditional and unconditional that often determine the trajectory of not only an individual but bloodlines and nations.

As a matter of fact, scripture speaks about the sins of the father and blessings and cursing from generation to generation.

As I was praying one morning the Lord taught me a very profound and prolific message that I want to share with you today.

While praying, I momentarily asked God why hadn’t He dealt with and transformed a matter?! What I had done was submit the person/s and situations to which I was praying and in my supplication, I said to God what is going wrong here? Did I leave anything out?

Now— not us all are skilled in prayer, however over a span of years the Lord had been training me in prayer, prophetic intercession, and militant and judicial warfare so trust me, I’d pulled out all my arsenal to do battle with this matter.

As was outlining to the Lord the strategies used so that He could redirect and show me the stronghold or strongman that I was dealing with He simply said, “you’re asking me to pray for matters that I am not Lord over… 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Now, you may be saying He is Lord over all and all things, and to that point, I agree however, as I mentioned earlier, there are spiritual laws, principles, protocols, regulations, requirements, and covenants that guard the effectiveness of our prayers!

You see, Daniel, an Intercessor for a nation had been earnestly petitioning God yet there was warfare in the spirit that delayed his divine information.

What Holy Spirit was sharing with me here was that the most we can pray for those who have not “accepted” Him as Lord, is their salvation. That they would recognize their desperate NEED for a Savior.

Upon doing so, the person then undergoes a spiritual transaction in the spirit that warrants a buyback, a divorce death, a death certificate… are you tracking?

Once someone accepts Jesus, they now have been given a new identity, a new family, a new bloodline, a new Kingdom, new protection, a new Father & an ETERNAL KING, who then has governance over those deeper matters that Satan uses to oppose and resist us!

He said to me, they have not accepted Him as Lord let alone Lord over the area to which I was praying…

One thing the Lord always requires me to be cognizant of is the fact that free will cannot be overridden! We are given it and we can therefore give it to whomever and whatever we choose.

Scripturally, overriding someone's free will is the equivalent of witchcraft and SURELY that’s not my recourse nor resolve as I pray.

Rather, my will in prayer is to transport the superlative response/s from Heaven's providences into humanity’s realm.

Well, imagine the limits of my endeavors when praying for someone or some circumstance that has a different spiritual ruler! 😮‍💨 MY GOD!!

May this prophetic wisdom reveal areas where you have too prayed amiss and may the Lord release divine stratagems to further effect change to that which you pray & petition.
