Resting on the promises of God | Matthew 28:6-7, 18-20 AMP

Verse 6 : “He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said [He would]. Come! See the place where He was lying.

Verse 7 : Then go quickly and tell His disciples that He has risen from the dead; and behold, He is going ahead of you into Galilee [as He promised]. There you will see Him; behold, I have told you.””

‭‭Verse 18 : “Jesus came up and said to them, “All authority (all power of absolute rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

Verse 19 : Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations [help the people to learn of Me, believe in Me, and obey My words], baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Verse 20 : teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always [remaining with you perpetually—regardless of circumstance, and on every occasion], even to the end of the age.””

I want to encourage YOU to think back on the promises of God, think on the things that He said He would do... Sometimes life comes, life happens and those promises don't come forward in a manner of time that's fit for GOD, being that He's God, right!?

But we see in Matthew 28, He is a God who does not speak vainly! He is a God of His Word!

He said in Hebrews 6 that He could swear by no one other than Himself so hold on to those promises!

Not only are you holding on to the promises but He said even in the things that I have promised you, I promise you these things because all power, all absolute rule in heaven and on earth has been given to Him.

So what He's promised you, not only will He fulfill those promises but He has the power and authority to do them in heaven and on earth and will be with you regardless of the circumstances and on every occasion!

That's daily, day in and day out, morning, noon and night...

God makes good on EVERYTHING He spoke, every promise He made and He has the authority and power to do it!

As we wait on those promises to come forward, He is there! He is WAITING WITH US, PERPETUALLY!!

Here are some practical ways to keep God's promises relevant in your life:

🌟CONSTANTLY & CONSISTENLY write or record the things you hear God speak.

🌟 Visit them OFTEN

🌟 Promises that still on the vine REMAIN prayerful & hopeful for...

🌟 Hold fast to what God has spoken over ANY OTHER VOICE!

🌟 Check your spiritual atmosphere REGULARLY

🌟 Begin to FOCUS in prayer for further instructions & strategies

🌟 POSTURE yourself for fulfillment

🌟 MAKE READY YOUR HANDS TO RECEIVE!!!
