It Shall Not be Realized

Devotional Scripture: Isaiah Chapter 7:7

Today's devotional is coming from Isaiah Chapter 7 verse 7. This should be an encouragement in the Lord concerning your circumstances if you allow it!

As we study the Word of God, it's very important to know and understand the context of not just the verse of scripture that you're reading but also the chapter before and the chapters after. That just helps us be and become better students of the Word!

In Isaiah chapter 7, Isaiah is sent to King Ahaz, King Ahaz has decided to form a pagan alliance because of an impending war. Well the Lord sends Isaiah to prophesy and appeal so to speak to King Ahaz. Amazing how God has it already figured out if we'd only come to Him at the very point in time that we figure out or get the revelation of something.

I sure hope you caught that!

So, here's how I want to encourage you today because if you've never read Isaiah chapter 7 it's definitely worth the read, it's mighty in God from verse 1 to verse 25, as is the full written inspiration of the Word & the Spirit!

So picture this, your adversary has been plotting against you, and God in His omniscience knows this already but it's just been made known to you, and instead of going to Him for what He already foreknew you begin to panic, allowing fear and torment in when because He is God, had you gone to Him so that He could reveal your fate concerning the matter and comfort you, you've gotten yourself in a pickle now!

All along this information was sitting in the mind of God until its appointed time that it was revealed to you, with the expectation that you would go straight to your God with what you just found out that He already knew so that He could speak the words to you from verse 7.

My daughter, my son... thus says the Lord God: "It shall not stand, Nor shall it come to pass.

As I studied this out let me further break this down in case you need to digest what God is saying with this.

Concerning the matter, whatever it is...

It has been determined by the spoken Word of God that that thing set up against you is absolutely prohibited from being successfully fulfilled by human plans and therefore it shall not be realized.

You should shout right there!

My God, in the moment Holy Spirit said, you missed something..! Let me tell you what I missed.

One of the definitions given for "it shall stand" because when studied in the interlinear & concordance the phrase or parts of the sentence is broken down so He said to pay attention to the fact that it means it cannot successfully be fulfilled by human plans!!

Listen, demonic spirits need a body! Otherwise giving them the "human" vessel, but it cannot be established against you! Whoever it is, it shall not arise!

Oh hallelujah!

Be encouraged, your adversary only wants to cause you fear and torment in hopes that you would accept his plans in your mind and confess his destruction with your tongue but today I remind you that if you'd just stay on God's side it shall not be established against you!
